well I cant speak for all men, but with me when I was younger
I did not like confortations, nor did I like to hurt people
so instead of dealing with it right then and there and being
up front and honest I would avoid and evade and I guess hope
it would just go away, unfortunately like many people I

It all depends on the people if it's a good idea or not.
For an example, if you were friends together for a long time
before you started dating, it should be safe to stay friends.
However, if the first date you made love, and within a year
later, you're breaking up, obviously being friends
is a bad idea (it won't work). Also, if you were never

There are alot of good ways to break up with someone. It all
depends on why your breaking up with them. If the person
was abusive then I would do it over the phone. If your just
not interested in the person anymore then give the person
some respect and talk to him/her face to face. It may not
go the way you would like it to but its the respectful way

Staying friends after break-up: Yeah or Nah?! 5/28/2004
After a nasty break-up, my ex and I have been able to patch
things up and remain friends. Feelings are still there,
but is it a good idea to stay in contact? She seems to waver

No offense, but if your cheating on your girlfriend, even
if you are drunk, then there is a problem with that relationship,
and it needs to end. All your going to do in the long run is

*try to talk it through first.
*Be honest.
*Dont list our faults-it doesn't help.
*Tell us, calmly and rationally what went wrong.
*Try to be calm; yelling and name calling aren't a way
of breaking up, they are a way of causing MORE pain.
